I thought we had an agreement with the college that anything they would do,
as a common courtesy we the neighbors would be notified?

Hi Lorraine,
Thanks for reaching out. There are two unrelated things going on. First,
a few weeks ago, George French noticed a small stream of water in front of
P1 and let us know about it. We called WSSC and they are working on small
leak. Second, the college received federal dollars to replace the old
HVAC system in P1/P2 with a modern one that traps COVID and other airborne
viruses. This makes these buildings safer and more energy efficient
similar to the systems in the Commons and the Students Center.
