I just got a letter from the DC Motor Vehicle Dept.stating I owe $100 for a
speeding ticket recorded on July 16 on Military Road. My wife and I were in
Seattle until late on July 18th and no one had access to the vehicle cited. Has
anyone else been scammed this way? Baltimore Jay
