Is there a way that in registering to take over the park for a certain
time, groups can be held responsible for abiding by certain rules? And to
be held accountable by specific mechanisms ($)? It is a privilege to have
that public space, and it doesn't seem not too much to ask that people
treat it as they would want others to treat their own.
