The Burkino Faso diaspora folks do that huge gathering every year and to my
memory, have always been very diligent about cleaning up. I drove by there
at 10pm and there were a number of folks there still cleaning up in the
dark, so I don't think it was them. On Sunday, there was a pretty sizable
kids birthday party going on, so maybe it was that?
In any event, trash is certainly a nuisance, but not sure it's
worth calling the police about...
