Our osprey couple at mouth of the Rappahannock River, near Windmill Point,
is late this year. Usually arrives

March 6. Still waiting first appearance of 2014.

We saw the first osprey here on Nomini Bay in Montross this AM. Believe
it's a bit late as our notes from the past few years record them arriving
on/around March 1. Pat in Montross

After I and my neighbor independently spotted those osprey back in
February, we have not seen any osprey since then.
Does anyone have osprey or know what might be going on?
Thanks.
