Because time is short, I am sending you this advanced notification. The
details will follow in a separate email once they are worked out.
Let me share our preliminary thinking. We will work on the trails in the
Sherman Creek Wildlife area. Bring tools or use ours. Following the work
party, we will potluck at Haag's Cove. The NEWTs would reach into their deep
coffers, and provide hot dogs, and grill. It will be BYOB and BYOHamburgers,
or whatever you like other than gourmet hot dogs. Oh, bring a potluck dish.
After the food we plan to have a short annual meeting.
Mark your calendar starting midday (TBD). You do not want to miss it.
