NEWTs Sherman Creek Trail Party details are set. Please join NEWTs Sunday
April 29th at 11 a.m., at the Mellenberger Bridge, clearing and cleaning
existing trails. If you have rakes, saws, or other cutting tools, please
bring them. Otherwise plan to use the NEWTs tools.
We will end the day at Haag Cove Campground for a social meeting and
barbecue. NEWTs will provide hot dogs and a grill. Guests can bring the
beverage of their choice and potluck sides to share. No membership
required. If you can't make the work party, please join us for the
barbecue afterwards.
OKAY, I do not have all the important details. But Google Map does. Just
load in "Mellenberger Road near Kettle Falls, WA" and ask Google Map for
directions. Drive to the southern end of the road, which will terminate at
the bridge.
