[newsline-beta] File names

I downloaded successfully a copy of the Economist. Filename was only
economist_d.bks
which means that there was no indiction of a date in the file name and all
file names for the periodical would be the same.
i suggest that file names take the form:
title_yymmdd.bks
where yy is the year, from 00 to 99, mm is 01 to 12, and dd is the day
from 01 to 31.
This format would ensure most logical sorting order.
