strategic 4 (CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country
objective has been defined as âto identify and facilitate the removal of
obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating
fully in Indonesian societyâ. The organisationâs purpose is to âstrive

This goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing
quality programs and projects through partnership. An effective and efficient
communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of
these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and
to position Planâs profile within and outside at different levels â
starting from community, sub district, district to national, regional and
international levels. Yayasan Plan International Indonesia invites highly

position:
FINANCE and ADMIN OFFICER - Lembata, Nagekeo, Soé Base
Dimention Of The Role :
In view of the above, the Finance and Admin Officer PIA will be responsible for
finance and administration in PIAs. The position will also take appropriate
action in order to assist partners and staffs regarding finance administration
matters.
S/he will implement the administration process according to Operations Manual
and Country Policy. S/he will responsible to maintain Human Resources
administration, manage internal administrative systems and procedures,
coordinate the implementation of audit in PIA with the staffs and auditor,
manage the purchases of goods and services and office supplies and equipment,
and manage project assets.
Technical expertise, skills and knowledge
Essential
Bachelorâs in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or Finance,
At least 3 years relevant post qualification preferably in international
organizations, INGOs and/or bilateral organisations.
Working knowledge of English speaking and written skills would be preferable.
Computer software skills, including advanced Excel and other accounting
packages.
Experience in capacity development assistance to non-finance staff or sub
grantees.
SAP or ERP Microsoft 365 experience would be preferable.
