About Us: Edu Farmers International (EFI)
EFI was founded in March 2015 by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk and since
April 2021 has transformed by positioning itself as an independent foundation
that focuses on Mobilizing Indonesia's next generation to advance Indonesian
agriculture with two main objectives: (1) farmers learn, innovate and adopting
better agricultural management practices, supported by access to capital and
(2) young people and experts working together with farmers to increase
agricultural productivity.

and resourceful individuals who are passionate about agricultural development,
organizational development, and building commercial partnership.
Job Descriptions
We are looking for a full time Head of Resources & Partnership Development to
join their team in an exciting time of organisational growth and development.
The role reports directly to the COO and as such will be a member of the EFI
senior management team sharing collective responsibility to deliver the
organisation's goals, strategy and vision.
The Head of Resources & Partnership Development will lead a small and dedicated
team of fundraisers to provide the necessary vision, leadership, and
fundraising skills which will enable the organization to achieve its
fundraising targets and organizational development program.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the Foundation's partnership and fundraising efforts to achieve
fundraising targets, by developing and executing fundraising plan, building and
owning relationship with potential donors and partners, and helping the
Foundation to be eligibile for external local and international funding per
regulations and donors' requirement
Qualifications
- Have at least 6 years working experience in a related field
- Experience in building partnership with governments and and donor acquisition
(corporates and grant funding)
- Good Business Development and Marketing skills
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
