tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia. Yayasan KNCVIndonesia promotes effective,
efficient, innovative, and sustainabletuberculosis control strategies in
Indonesia. We are an organization ofpassionate TB professionals, including
doctors, researchers, training experts,and epidemiologists. We aim to stop the
spread of the TB epidemic and toprevent the further spread of drug-resistant
TB.

Data Officer (8 Posts)
Duty Station: DKI Jakarta
The Data Officer will beresponsible for data collection, quality, management,
validation, and analysisof programmatic data from a variety of resources that
support the data analyticgoals and objectives of the project/organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Data entry for recording and reporting system, including butnot
limited to information system platform for specimen transportationmechanism.
· Pull and integrate data from disparate resources.
· Evaluate and process data to identifyerrors/inconsistencies.
· Assist in the development of dashboards and other
presentationmaterials for key stakeholders.
· Prepares data visualizations to facilitate public presentation ofdata
findings including pie charts, bar graphs, and tables, among others toinclude
in the reports.
· Support reviewing, mapping, and analyzing work plans, and reportsfrom
the perspective of programmatic data collection and analysis.
· Close coordination with Provincial Health Office, District
HealthOffice, Hospitals, Referral Laboratories, Courier provider for the
specimentransportation mechanism.
· Support any administration process with relevantstakeholders.
· Weekly report to the direct supervisor about the fieldactivities.
· Develop monthly reports and any other administration form asrequired.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the ME Officer or Project
Coordinator.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. Educational Qualification
· Bachelor Degree in Public Health, HealthInformation or related study.
2. Experiences
· Minimum of 1-2 years experience in DataManagement, preferably in a
health-related environment.
3. Competencies
· Accuracy and detailed oriented in dataentry.
· Communication skills.
· Computer literate (MS Office, internet,etc.).
· Analytical skills.
· Ability to create a supportive workingenvironment amongst all staff.
· Ability to work as part of multi-culturalteam and independently.
· Motivated and willing to learn andimplement new ways of working.
· Accurately follow the organizationalprocedures and regulations.
