Palladium is appointed by USAID to manage USAID-funded Health technical
Assistance Project (BANTU), to support USAID Indonesia’s Country
Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) by rapidly leveraging specialized
short and long-term technical assistance to USAID, USAID-funded programs;
the Government of Indonesia (GOI), and other organizations and agencies as
required.
We are currently seeking a full-time Network and System Administrator to be
seconded to the Sub-Directorate HIV, AIDS and STI, the Ministry of Health
of the Republic of Indonesia.
*JOB SUMMARY:*
In Indonesia, the USAID Office of Health partnered with the Ministry of
Health of the Republic of Indonesia and other relevant parties to improve
shared health priorities in Indonesia. This includes controlling tropical
and infectious diseases (such as tuberculosis/TB and HIV/AIDS) and
protecting mothers and newborns from death due to preventable causes.
In connection with the government’s plan to accelerate the implementation
of SIHA 2.0, Palladium is recruiting for an *Indonesian (local hire)*
Network and System Administrator to be seconded to the Sub-directorate of
HIV, AIDS and PIMS of the Ministry of Health to help maintain and manage
LAN and internet computer networks. S/he will support in configuring and
troubleshooting servers, perform data backup and damage recovery
operations. This individual will help plan, coordinate and implement
network security measures to protect data, hardware and software, as well
as operate master console to monitor performance, access rights in computer
networks. S/he will also manage website, social media accounts, and other
media computing applications related to the Sub-directorate. This is a
full-time position and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
*REQUIREMENT: *Bachelor’s degree in Informatics (Master’s degree is a
priority); minimum 2 years’ experience in managing servers and computer
networks; mastering Windows NT, Linux OS; mastering Network (LAN, WAN,
Intranet); understand computer networks (Servers, Routers, Switches etc.);
understand Server and Network Security; having a CCNA equivalent
certificate is preferred; mastering network and server troubleshooting.
