MSH started working in Indonesia in 1980 with a focus on improving child 
health, decentralizing health services, expanding access to care and treatment 
for TB, and strengthening pharmaceutical management. In 2023, MSH was awarded 
the five-year USAID BEBAS-TB activity to reduce TB incidence and mortality by 
addressing critical gaps and challenges in the TB program. This activity builds 
on the work of previous USAID projects and aims to improve access and 
utilization of quality and patient-centered comprehensive TB services. To 
achieve the objectives, MSH is looking for a Health Financing for Tuberculosis 
(TB).

Scope of Work:

  1.  Finance & Acc Support will provide finance and administrative support.
  2.  Finance & Acc Support will assist the Finance and Administrative 
Manager/Accountant in providing finance & logistic support in the unit.
  3.  Finance & Acc Support will ensure timely collations and undertaking 
preliminary checks on finance documents.
  4.  Assist the state Accountant in payment processes.
  5.  Support in the preparation of various weekly/monthly reports for the 
Finance Manager and the State Accountant as required.
  6.  Assist with the preparation of bill vouchers and payment vouchers and 
classification into respective GL accounts codes as given by MSH PMI-S Finance 
department.
  7.  Assist in checking and filling stores requisition.

This position is based in National Office - Jakarta
Qualifications:
Qualifications Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting

Experience:
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Competencies:
•           Ability to set priorities, accomplish tasks and meet deadlines, and 
keep colleagues informed of progress,
•           Basic English verbal and written communication skills,
•           Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,
•           Should have good written and oral communication skills.
