The role

Join the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice Phase2 (AIPJ2) team as an
Activity Coordinator – Court Efficiency and Transparency, andplay an integral
role to support the day-to-day operations for each strategy ofprogram
implementation with the logistics / administrative including financialand
program management for ensuring the timely payment of costs and expensesfor
activities implemented.

About you

You will be a motivated and proactive Activity Coordinator –Court Efficiency
and Transparency with the right combination of talent, energyand a commitment
to technical excellence. You will also have:

Diplomaor Degree in administration and management or a relevant field.

Experiencein managing large scale events (meeting, workshop, seminar etc).

Ableto do negotiation, coordination and communication skills.

Demonstratedcapacity to work with and take direction as part of a team.

Experiencein reporting on activities and sound financial management
experience.

Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesian and
English.
