[netmagis] mkzones w/ dyndns => serial unconsistency

Hi all !

Opened issue #154 two days ago, cause I hit a problem using netmagis to manage
dynamically updated zones :

1. ddns requests coming from the dhcp server are recorded by the dns server
in a journal file where serial is updated, associated with each entry, but the
serial in the main zone file is left untouched

2. when mkzones is ran, the serial is updated in the main zone file, but
based on the previous value in that file, leaving the dynamic one unnoticed

Consequently, the dns slaves ignore the mkzones update :(

NB : the DHCP server (sending the ddns requests) is not netmagis managed.

I Thought I'd found a workaround by modifying the serial in the zone file
before running mkzones, but it seems the previous serial is recorded somewhere
(probably in the database) :(

Is there anyone here getting dns zone files both managed by netmagis and
allowing updates ?
