Newspaper grounds for intervening Bankruptcy Court

A motion to intervene was filed yesterday in United States Bankruptcy Court
(S.D. Georgia) in the case of Morris Publications, LLC, et al., case
10-10134 (JSD) The intervenors request a telephonic hearing on debtor's
neglect of journalist duties by the St. Augustine Record, one of the
newspapers owned by Morris Publications. The intervenors are readers of the
St. Augustine Record and have numerous quality of news complaints including,
"refusal to cover news adequately" and "violating standard of care", that
are "contrary to the interests of the bondholders."

Intervenors ask the Court to "appoint a Trustee to protect the public
interest in zealous local, government and investigative reporting in our
democracy. . ."
