*Position Title:* Enterprise Systems Engineer II
*Position Location:* Cleveland, Ohio
*Position Description:*
Install and configure various hardware to include primarily HP
server/blades and various other server manufacturers.
Create, implement, and follow written procedures for the
installation, configuration, and support of enterprise systems.
Assist on any and all End User support issues throughout the enterprise
Work on a rotation schedule for 24/7 support.
Coach, mentor, and train other Technical resources.
Interface with a variety of people and positions of authority-
Executive level positions
Follow and assist with the development of Security processes and
procedures.When required, assist with Enterprise support issues and
other duties as assigned.
*Requirements: *
The applicant should have 4-6 years experience in a technology
environment, 1-2 years experience in support and design in a
large/enterprise environment. A Bachelors Degree is a plus :
Experience with the following are requirements for the SE II position:
Citrix Metaframe 1.8, XP, 3.0 (exp. With CSG/MSAM a plus)
Experience with Windows NT, XP, W2K, W2K3.
Active Directory and AD migration experience
Windows Clustering
Writing login scripts and batch files
IIS
Experience with various Cisco basic network troubleshooting skills.
SQL Server experience a plus
MOM
NetPro
NetBackup / Veritas
Insight Manger / Lightsout
Altrius - server image deployment
Experience with installation and configuration of various hardware to
include but not limited to HP and Compaq servers and various Desktops,
