Subject: Job description/Salary $80,000
Position Title: MCSE Engineer
Position Location: Cleveland
Position Description:
Install and configure various hardware to include Dell servers, IBMX series
servers, various desktops, workstations and laptops.
Create, implement, and follow written procedures for the installation,
configuration, and support of systems.
Assist on any and all End User support issues
Work on a rotation schedule for 24/7 support.
Coach, mentor, and train other Technical resources.
Interface with a variety of people and positions of authority- Executive
level positions
Follow and assist with the development of Security processes and procedures.
When required, assist with Global subsidiary support issues.
Requirements:
The applicant should have a B.S. plus 3-5 years experience with the following:
Windows Clustering
Citrix Metaframe XP
PC and Server image creation
Writing login scripts
IIS
Experience with Windows NT, XP, W2K, W2K3.
Experience with various Cisco switches and routers and basic network
troubleshooting skills.
Workstations, and Laptops.
SQL Server experience would be a plus
Active directory migration experience would also be a big plus
Experience with installation and configuration of various hardware to
include but not limited to Dell servers, IBM X-Series servers, various Desktops,
