Thanks for all your work, I had to cancel last minute this week , although
I try to not sometimes it happens, I think it’s fair to charge , I would
gladly pay to keep our club happy. Patti

that slot is full no one else can sign up. This is good because we think we
have worked it out to have the right number of players in each group. But
if you cancel at the last minute (within a couple of hours of the play
time), this does not give most people enough time to change their plans and
go and play (although they might have loved to if they could have planned
it). We know things happen once in a while and you have to cancel with
short notice. But please note, we are starting to charge for last minute
cancellations if you are a repeat offender. As well, no-shows, those that
reserved but did not show up will be charged for the day.
