Yasen, while there are
many texts and sources about NA (mine included) there
will be much less I suspect about a
specialized topic such as this. There
are
probably reports but they will undoubtedly not be published
or easily
accessed. I would
look at government sources such as the Departments of
Transportation at the national and state
levels. My guess is that some
groups would
be looking at needs and solutions in your area of
interest.
Curious as to
what Ryan Watkins might chip in with here.
