Hi again, Some devices have both internal memory and MMC slot. In such a case data should be written into internal memory not a MMC. Basically check which drive is under "E:" letter. "E:" is a storage where NED saves all the files. The NEDAdminConsole is the only place where you can make tags and descriptions to your videos. Next step is to add lib ID in "Library Manager" in mobile client. And now instead of downloading videos to mobile device you can copy it to MMC. But all the videos must be copied in the right place. MMC \NokiaECD.2java\ned\{libraryID}\videos Where {libraryID} is a library id you have given in NEDConsoleTool during library creation process. For example id my lib id is "Math101" the right path will be: \NokiaECD.2java\ned\Math101\videos If something is not clear enough please let me know. But I encounter a little problem with the videos that are copied to the phone via usb. The scenario is when the media items/videos are copied to the phone via usb connect, rather than downloading it via the server. How to tag a video as downloaded if the video is is directly loaded to the MMC rather than via server? When the the video is downloaded via the server, the icon changes. But when it is directly loaded to the MMC, the icon remain the same. (video is in the server yet, not in the mmc.) How to resolve this scenario? If anyone, experience this, how did you resolve this? All inputs are welcome. Hoping for your quick response. Here in the Philippines, there will be 174 videos that are pre-loaded and estimated of 100 videos to be downloaded after the deployment. Thanks. Melissa
