[ncsc-moths] Pyralid puzzle

I've been thinking about this one off and on since mid-July, but I didn't get
the photographs I needed until a few days ago. The moths were all small, in the
middle to upper micro range. The closest matches that I have found are in
Hodges #5949 through #5965.97, but I'm not satisfied. Comments please.
