received details from NCSC student . 

"I dont have any problems in the fellarius build here at school its the 
bromfield and eisenhower buildings that i dont get service in. they have 
connections for the OSU students but not for us."

distance from Fallerius would cause lack of signal ,as Rob mentioned.
