Brothers of the NCD,
I hope this email finds you well. As we look forward to starting our second
semester, Tammi and I wanted to send out a new calendar schedule for our
upcoming one on one meetings. These meetings will start on January 10th and
January 14th and will proceed every other week on Sundays and Wednesdays
until the end of February.
As we did first semester we will use appointment slots via google, please
use this link

to sign up. When you are signing up you simply click on a time slot and
then please type your name and your chapters name in the description and
then hit save. Once you have signed up, I will use that calendar
appointment to create a google hangout for you to use to access the one on
one. The appointment slot is for an hour, but please plan on using the
first 45 minutes for our meeting. The remainder will be for us to
transition from one me to the next and take a small break from our screens.
While we encourage every chapter to sign up for a one on one, please
remember that *completing a one on one is one of the requirements for your
chapter to be eligible for the Governors Cup*. If all the slots are filled
or very few are left and you are unable to make one of the prearranged
times work, please send an email to ncdgov@xxxxxxxxx and we will find a
time for us to meet.
For these meetings we ask that you take note of a few things:
1) You do not need to bring your whole chapter. In fact, a subset of
your chapter is preferred for a couple reasons. First, running
these meetings with 10+ people is really hard - even in person. Second, not
including everyone will hopefully make finding a meeting time easier, as
the options we have offered may not correspond with your
typical chapter meetings.
2)* Please do not only bring seniors or e-board*. Try to get a true cross
section of your chapter (different ages, experiences with psi,
officers, non-officers, etc.).* This includes membership candidates, please
invite them as well*. Having a true cross section will help us get a better
grasp of your chapter and what is going on.
3) We will always ask three questions and see where conversations take us
so be prepared to answer: What is going well, What are some challenges you
are facing, and what do you need from us (Tammi and I). The last question
can absolutely be where you bring us any questions or concerns that you
have as a chapter.
