His days are numbered, he's already lived longer than anyone anticipated. I
hate that their lifespans are so short.....but he sure has been a blessing ❤️

The Oliver Christmas card is so precious, Laura! I am so happy that he is
living do long, and is able to do what he instinctively wants to do in the

Our early mason bee hatcher, Oliver, is still very much alive and with us. Born
Nov 22nd, he hatched while I was processing this past seasons cocoons. I made
an indoor habitat for him with lots of flowering house plants, ground up bee
pollen, and sugar water.....He's made it over a month folks! (Average lifespan
for the males is 2-4 weeks).
This is not one of my better photoshop jobs, so no judgement please, LOL....
