You’re welcome, please be persistent, I did not back down and bugged them
till it happened. The Owners did not want to pay to have these trees
removed or trimmed until they were pressured to do so. It took a while but
it finally happened. I was so happy. That’s why this year our garden was so
much better because we finally have sun.

It took me a long time, a lot of letters, pictures and we finally won.
Don’t you have an Omsbudsman for your park ? I went through ours! Even had
to contact the supervisor of the investigator as he was stalling and trees
kept falling…this is what our place looked like only one time after a snow
and wind storm and that’s not the only time. I am also sending pics of our
doggy’s 10x 10 kennel which was totally smashed during snow. Look at the
pictures. Just click on the link. I really feel looking at these pictures
the owners are definitely responsible and this is just wrong. They must
take care of these. I even got an estimate for them and submitted it and
kept copies of everything, they could have had a major lawsuit if I wanted
to pursue it.

A neighbors tree damaged our roof a few years ago but it was minor so
Bruce patched it himself. The branch came off an enormous pussy will tree
so it wasn't very large. But we have gigantic deodoras, pine and fir trees
all around us, and we've had some of those come down and they are huge
heavy branches. It's very dangerous to be out here in a wind storm, and you
don't walk under them if they are laden with snow either.
These are the 3 trees out front that we worry about...... and our back
yard is completely lined by pines and firs that tower about 100 feet or so
high.
