I did only follow lossy, but are you trying to implement WinXP
compability [1]?
There once was a time windows + mingw + cmake did build [2] :) but that
wasn't on WinXP
If all you want is building on windows + mingw + cmake I could give it a
try later today, but I don't think I can handle porting to WinXP.
