Thanks for finding that! If I hadn't been in the middle of a trip I hope I
would have found it more quickly. I expected to find all the hosttools
stuff in their own directory somewhere, and didn't realize that the recipes
for the native version and the target version were in the same directory,
so I didn't even check the obvious place... you know what they say about
assumptions!
For me, I'm using older releases than the current poky master branch: I
have one project that uses the rocko branch (cmake 3.8.2) and the sumo
branch (cmake 3.10). But I'm not even using nng in those projects
currently, and if I need to I can use an older version. And honestly
writing a bbappend to use a newer cmake would *probably* work, it would
just be a little friction.
