1. Get a username ahead of time.
2. Headset or headphones mandatory to prevent feedback.
3. Please don't use webcams unless asked: to limit bandwidth.
4. When you enter the conference, you will see a panel upper left
listing
participants. Above that, icons for headset and webcam. Click on the
headset
icon to turn on both your speakers and microphone. Also click 'allow'
on the
pop-up prompt for the app to use these components.
5. If you have problems, use the chat panel to type a request.
6. If you have problems logging on to the site, it is probably Flash
related. Try using Firefox or Chrome rather than Safari.
