[muglo] Random Voice

At random times a voice comes up on my eMac saying "Hello" or "Say
something". It seems harmless and is not a frequent event.
Does anyone know where on my computer I might find the source code of
this voice so I can delete it? I have used the utility "Process Viewer"
to see what's running but, of course, I really don't know what I'm
looking for!
