In order to get a read on who is participating, even those reading
and not responding, any time there is a need for a response such as a
vote, someone in authority needs to word a request in such a way as
to get a total response; such as " I make a motion that...", after
which some one needs to second it, and then a vote is asked for.
So far no one has asked for a response, only talked about it; which
will get you, if you are lucky, 6 responses...Doug
