Hi Kathryn:

I've never used OSX, so perhaps they've changed the names for 
folders.  You could try doing a find for "Brother" and perhaps that 
will locate it.  Or else, I believe Brother leaves an installation 
log after the driver is installed, so you could look through that and 
see where it's installed things.

Make sure you have the most recent driver for your printer.  The last 
time I checked they were available as a free download from the 
Brother site.  It seems to me that after I installed a more recent 
driver, I had fewer problems with the pending print jobs.

I just checked my notes and it says to increase the memory for the:

BR_Print Monitor Extension
