[mswindowsxp] printing problems

Having a problem printing from Office XP to various HP printers. Have tried
M$ and HP printer drivers. The formatting is off on most of the document
and the last page prints very strange stuff. Usually very blown up portions
of the document. Has anyone seen this before?
Also, Word will often lock-up and cause a hard reboot to resolve. This
usually occurs when accessing files on a Novell Netware sharepoint.
