No problem. And yes, to comply with the current license regs, one has to
be MOBILE. So unless you plan to carry the second PC around on your
back, it would have to be a laptop to be legal. ;-)



BTW...this would also apply to other versions of Office. So if you have
2000, you can also legally install that version on two computers, one
desktop, one mobile device.

Hi Dian.
As my office computer and home computer both are at my home office, and
my
wife uses the second computer much less than 20% of the time I use
either
one, maybe the solution is to change the second one to a laptop  <G>
Seriously now, as I don't use XP, I indeed had not read the actual
