[mso] Re: strange problem with attachments - Outlook 2003

I'm not sure.  I asked my colleague who has been working directly with
this user and he doesn't know.  Does it sound like that could have an
effect?  Should we recommend that she try with one format as opposed to
another?

Also, I'm curious as to why Rich Text is "dreaded" -- I never use it but
I've often wondered why it's a choice.  Why would someone use it?

What format is your client sending the emails in Elsie?

Plain text, HTML, or the dreaded Rich Text?

Also, does she have AV or other software that 'checks' outgoing email?
