You're using WinFax and that system file is causing a conflict. Check out this info: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/faxprod.nsf/docid/2001110911391704 For now, you can look under Tools/Options/Other/Advanced/Com Add-ins, or add-in manager. Uncheck the Symantec Fax add-in.
