I'm not sure how you will find anything on the old computer since you say it's "stopped working" ... but the file you are looking for on the old computer, if you were using Outlook, is called outlook.pst (unless you renamed it to something else) ... that one file holds all your email and folders from Outlook ... and your contacts are just a folder in Outlook so they are included.
