Make multiple PST files.  File, New, Outlook Data File.
Divide your mail up into logical categories into separate
PST files, that's what I do, Have about 6, and use rules to
get the mail to where it needs to go.  Or make a new PST
file for a specific time period, month or week?

I just move fr eudora 6.0 to outlook 2000 on 7 Jul 2004, now
i am worry with my outlook. Because today it's 200 mb. My
question : 1. How many gb outlook 2000 can cover without
problem and slowing the system? 2. Any other solution in
handling this... 3. How to backup those email, because only
1 pst file. I am very worry if over 2 gigabyte and all my
email gone. Thx for your answer & rgds/alex
