Did you look under conditional formatting. Occasionally it is used so =
that
when you add or remove lines, the formatting stays.

Subject: [mso] Excel help

I am quite a novice when it comes to Excel, however I have set up a =
budget
database for my club There are 3 Cost Centres (Music, Singing and
Presentation) There are 5 people in the music team

I created a worksheet for each cost centre and enter all the details on
these three worksheets (Name, Expense Code, Date, Purchase Order =
Number,
Amount, Supplier, Description, Payment Method, File Date, Constructed =
Key
Field*) * Column that converts date "dd/mm/yyyy" to "mmm-yy".

I then created a "Monthly Summary" worksheet which gives me the total
monthly spend by Cost Centre and a Year To Date worksheet which includes
comparison of YTD figures for each cost centre against budget.

I am struggling to create worksheets for each of the music team to show
their individual spend by cost centre and month

Hope someone can help
phil
