Nope, that wouldn't be correct. Check up at www.microsoft.com/security to
make things a little easier to sort out. The patch in question is for
security alert MS03-039, an RPC vulnerability against nearly all of MS
operating systems. Yes, this is an Office list, but it rides on an
operating system and the vast majority of users out there are unprotected.
