There are a few possible culprits, Paul.
First, it may be that one or more columns have been widened, which will
force content onto the next print page. Adjusting the column width may
restore matters. Next, there may have been a vertical page break
inserted. Go to View-Print Layout to see where the page breaks are and
adjust accordingly. Another possibility is that ;arge print margins are
set. These can be adjusted either through Page-Setup or via Print
Preview.

Hi all
I was asked to have a look at a friends computer because he was having
problems printing a spread sheet in excel.
He told me that it was printing OK, until he printed a word document,
now it will only print his sheet in two parts with one side of the
screen in each pages.
It used to print the whole spread sheet on one page.
Any ideas?
