Pete ?
You will have to create two Custom Lists.

To create a custom list
1. <Tools>  <Options>  <Custom Lists>
2. Select NEW LIST
3. Enter 1st list as: Friday, Saturday
4. Click Add
5. Enter 2nd list as the Dates you want (you will have
to write down all dates in the list box or write them
down in a worksheet and wile creating custom List,
supply relevant range in the Text box ?Import List
from Cells:?
6. Click OK.
7. Go to the cell where you want the 1st date and
enter the first date, press Enter
8. Got to that cell again, and move your mouse pointer
over it until you see a thin Plus sign.
9. As soon as you see the thin plus sign, left click
and drag it over the range where you want the list to
appear then release the mouse button. Now you
Automatically see the List :)
10. To enter days, repeat the same procedure.
11. In case of difficulty, come back to me, :- )

However, this is doing it almost manually. Maybe it
can be further automated by using a macro, I do not
know.
