[mso] Word 2002 - Separate Tab for Company-Specific Templates

Windows XP Professional, Word 2002 .
How do I create a new tab for company-specific templates?
In the Word 2000 template location, I simply created a shortcut to the folder
with the conpany-specific templates. When I opened File/New, the Folder name
was on a new tab and my company-specific templates were inside.
