===================== I was gonna use some of them shortened links for the text version of this month's ABC just so they won't break up so bad.....so, if I use the shortened link but clearly state where it is directed, am I being "net"ically correct? ===================== Sure . . . Assuming that the shortened link completely redirects to the site and does not frame the site. Link shorteners like Snip URL (http://www.SnURL.com) Make a Shorter Link (http://www.MakeAShorterLink.com) Tiny URL (http://www.TinyURL.com) are all ok because they all completely redirect. Once on the site the full URL is shown and nothing "frames" the resulting pages to "steal" content. James S. Huggins PS: Snip URL uses some very cute JavaScript to (1) automatically copy from your clipboard into the webpage even before you ask it to and (2) let you copy TO your clipboard with one click.
