The H/AB column I would imagine could never be larger than 15/15 (would have
to be a serious record setting performance in a double-header for someone to
have a 15/15 day at the plate)...
HR column would never have more than 1 digit
RBI could possibly have 2 digits, the physical number would never be more
than 20 though.
Those columns copy over fine though, the H/AB column is the problem.

Even though I think I can get part of the problem solved, in order to
avoid ambiguous situations, may I know the maximum values ever met by
the following :
H/AB : for example 100/100, this is the ambiguity creating situation,
a variable imput of 1, 2 or three after the '/' sign.
HR : may there be two digits or only one whatever happens ?
RBI : may there be two digits or only one whatever happens ?
If you could answer questions two and three, I might be on the way.
