The developer edition give you a bunch of cool developer tools. If you
do a lot of development, it's worth it. If not, it's a lot of extra
stuff you won't use. So think about how you plan to use the program and
if you want to develop programs and write code, go for it.

Interesting. That $120.00 is almost EXACTLY the amount I'd save doing
the
Office+FP upgrade separate.

Looks like Developer might be the most "convenient"
