[mso] Upgrade Question

I have Office 2000 Premium, including FrontPage 2000
I am considering upgrading to Office XP.
There appear to be two ways to go
1) Upgrade to Office XP Developer
Includes FP 2002
$550.00
2) Upgrade to Office XP Professional
does NOT include FP 2002
Acquire separate FP 2002 upgrade
$330.00 + $100.00 = $430.00
What are the reasons to NOT go with option 2.
