Well...you can just go to File>Save As and choose to save it in a txt
format...but them tables may get messed up and need some cleaning, as plain
text will not recognize the columns, etc....so you may need to clean it up a
bit. (might be better to click inside the tables and go to the Table menu
and choose Convert>Table to Text...that will remove all the color background
formatting in the tables since they are no longer tables.)
