Outlook has this same feature. We used it at my last company. You can
access your Outlook email at the office from a web interface...yes, very
convenient and great when working at home.

Last company I worked for had the same setup.  Its great having my work
computer's desktop so handy to get to.  I could get to it from anywhere.
