Hi John

  please try this one

  =SUMPRODUCT(TRANSPOSE($C$3:$C$6),(B23:E23))

after typing the formula ,before coming out of the cell use
ctrl+shift+enter( we normally use only enter)

  regards
  John

  Hiya John
Now I feel REALLY stupid.

I have written it wrong.

It should have read =(110x0)+(180x38)+(270x28)+(320x8)
=(110x12)+(180x31)+( etc

Does that help a bit more, and make me look a little less thick

Cheers

John
